The process of collecting shares to set up a cooperative hospital in Bidar has begun, former Minister Gurupadappa Nagamarapalli said in Bidar on Wednesday.
The Gurupadappa Nagamarapalli Super-speciality Cooperative Hospital will come up near Atiwal village on the Bidar-Bhalki Road. Construction will start in November and is expected to be completed in two years. Shares worth Rs. 10,000 will be sold in groups of 10 each. Shareholders and their families will get subsidised healthcare, he said.
According to him, the hospital will offer secondary care in over 20 segments.
